MEP Services, a subsidiary of CS Partners, was formed in 2004.  Realizing the need that many charter schools were interested in partial service management, we created MEP Services as an Independent Contractor to provide Human Resources, Business/Finance, Compliance and other services from a menu of services.

MEP Services is committed to developing clear contracts and relationships between our company and the school boards, leadership and employees that we serve. We develop comprehensive contracts with each school that clearly define what functions shall be provided by MEP Services at our expense and what functions will be paid for by the school. Open and clear documentation of all business transactions is the basis of our relationship with the board. The same values are evidenced in our work with the school leadership and employees. Detailed employment arrangements as well as a commitment to following the direction of the board results in highly qualified staff in all areas.
